From now on, all foreign citizens and stateless persons must submit their applications via the Unified Interdepartmental Information System of Ukraine for foreigners and stateless persons who wish to study in institutions of professional (vocational and technical), professional pre-university, or higher education (hereinafter – Unified System).
This system provides a convenient and secure way to interact with Ukrainian educational institutions online.
Through the digital applicant’s account in the Unified System, you can:

receive an educational offer from the university;
respond to the educational offer;
receive digital invitations and official notifications (including those related to visas, recognition of educational documents, issuance of temporary residence permits, denial of invitation or visa);
send information about your date and time of arrival, flight/vehicle number, and place of arrival;
submit additional documents, if required by law, for verification and decision-making regarding your invitation;
upload your foreign educational document required for admission; receive a list of documents necessary to obtain a temporary residence permit; track the status of your application for a temporary residence permit;
obtain the results of the recognition/validation of your foreign educational document. Required documents to attach to your application: an educational document with an annex (if required by the legislation of the country of origin);
an academic certificate from a previous institution (in case of transfer or reinstatement starting from the second year);
passport; a color digitized face image. All documents must be uploaded in PDF or JPG format.
If you need to upload more than 3 documents, please combine them into a single PDF file (e.g., the diploma and its annex).

After payment, the application is automatically sent to the university.
