“Mental Health and Psychosocial Support”

On Tuesday, September 17, 2024, an important event was held in Mykolaiv, organized by the Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) team of the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in cooperation with the “Are You OK?” Program of the Coordination Center for Mental Health under the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. The workshop focused on mapping and referrals for MHPSS service providers in Mykolaiv and Kherson regions.

This event provided a unique opportunity to increase the capacity of mental health service providers to coordinate their work, implement effective referral mechanisms, and strengthen cooperation between professionals. Participants shared experiences and discussed best practices for further support of mental health in the regions.
