And this situation will persist as long as there are state systems and bodies built on a legislative, legal basis. A person with the subtleties of legal organization and excellent knowledge of the law is required in all areas of public life, economy, business and politics. The main job of a lawyer is to protect the rights and control the observance of laws. The Faculty of Maritime Law prepares bachelors and masters in civil, criminal, economic, administrative, transport, maritime and other fields of law. This enables individuals who are trained to obtain two levels of law degree, ensuring high quality training and matching employers' requirements. RESEARCH ACTIVITIES Research on FMP in organizational, substantive and effective terms has its own specifics and provides for solving specific tasks, the most important of which are: organization and implementation of basic research in the field of 08 Law in accordance with the plans of the faculty and departments; training of highly qualified personnel (bachelors and masters); ensuring links between research and educational process; combination of research activity of teachers of FMP with practical training of students, involvement of students in research work. The components of pedagogical activity are provided by highly professional FMF teachers, who skillfully combine pedagogical activity with research and teaching and methodical work. The implementation of the results of the research activity of teachers of FMP in practice allows to raise the level of professional training of future specialists to a new level.
