University of Kassel Scholarship

The University of Kassel offers grants of two types for studying at the magistracy: – Earthquake Engineering Scholarship for students of the academic programme “Introduction to Earthquake Engineering”. The scholarship covers the training cost for 1990 euros. – German Cambridge Society Scholarship that covers the cost of half of the training in the amount of 1000 euros. Students have to pay for the rest of the money themselves – 990 euros. The scholarships do not pay for travel, accommodation and other personal expenses. The requirements are:

• Persuasive motivation letter in which it is described why you are willing to study in this specialization and why you should be chosen.
• A recommendation letter from your educator (professor or lecturer with a PhD).

– CV – A statement with grades in the original language and English or German. – A certificate that attests the knowledge of the English language. – A filled application form The deadline for applying is on 14th March every year.
